Refund Policy for Career Counseling Services

1. Consultation Services:

Full Refund: If you are not satisfied with the consultation or if you feel that the services provided do not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 12 hours of your session.

Partial Refund: If you wish to discontinue ongoing career counseling after attending some sessions, you can request a partial refund for the unused sessions. Refunds will be calculated based on the number of sessions completed.

No Refund: Refunds are not applicable for missed sessions unless canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

2. Digital Products (Assessments, Reports, E-books):

No Refund: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for career assessments, reports, or e-books once they have been delivered to your account.

3. Subscription Services:

Pro-Rated Refund: If you have subscribed to any of our services on a monthly or yearly plan and wish to cancel, we will offer a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

No Refund: If the service has been used for more than 50% of the subscription period, no refund will be issued.

Return Policy for Physical Products (if applicable)

If you offer any physical products, such as books, stationery, or merchandise:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Physical products must be returned within 15 days of purchase.

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. We may require photos of the damage for verification.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items, such as customized products or perishable goods, are non-returnable. Please check the product details before purchasing.
